Poetry
For Adrian, poetry makes up the building blocks for the rest of his work (see: stage plays; or, jukebox musicals of poetry).

In his poetry, Adrian writes from raw emotion; topics include longing, grief, and the sexual synonymity of food.

as my predatory maw clamps down,
soon to devour you whole, forking
through your innards, my tongue
a brave warrior in your dense jungle

Adrian's directing credits include 2024's Beat the Heat collection and 2023's Oh My Gourd Playmaker Projects at Riverside Theater in Iowa City, IA.
Adrian's acting credits are limited, but he often particpates in the workshop readings and small productions of his fellow playwrights.

Both fun and professonal!
Adrian has performed drag in both professional and amateur spaces. He also cosplays fantasy characters from series such as Avatar: The Last Airbender, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Star Wars, and Harry Potter​.

This artistic medium is utilized in professional artistic spaces and inspires Adrian's creative process in other genres as well.
